Ryan graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a B.S. in Exercise Science. He is now pursuing a Master's degree in the same field at URI. Ryan is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
Ryan's training approach mixes a variety of different training techniques to form a unique and holistic fitness experience. He combines functional training, and athletic strength and conditioning techniques, with traditional exercises so you're always kept on your toes, never bored. Ryan's goal is to maximize calories burned while keeping each session fast paced and fun. Ryan's educational background also makes him particularly skilled at post-rehab, ergonomic, and even "pre-rehab" work for clients who have suffered from injuries, repetitive-stress problems, and chronic pain.
