Fitness Boot Camp is a high-energy, dynamic, one-hour, strength and
conditioning class that’ll charge you up, change your body, and give
you a reason to live!
Burns off the fat twice as fast as running; builds a toned, athletic physique. Ropes, kettlebells, tire-flips, conditioning drills and calesthenics. Innovative, highly functional conditioning techniques make it fun, exciting, and a serious endorphin rush. Yeah, it's going to be one of those love/hate things. Check out a class this week--it's great for the beginners and the hard-core.
Method West Boot Camp is every Wednesday night at 6:30, and Saturday morning at 10, at 755 Westminster, and open to everyone. Unlimited classes for $59/month, or drop-in for $12/class. Start today!
